Order not arrived, download link missing, a return, a question about the book before you buy, or anything about the Arabic inside it. All of it is welcome.
If your download hasn't appeared, check your spam folder first — that is where it usually is. If it still isn't there, email us with your order number and we'll resend it straight away.

Within one business day. Dubai works Monday to Friday, so a Saturday email is answered Monday.
