Shipping policy

This shop sells one book, as a printed paperback.

Free delivery anywhere in the UAE, arriving in 2 to 4 days.

Orders placed between 9am and 6pm (Dubai time), Sunday to Thursday, are prepared within 2 hours. Orders placed outside those hours, or on a Friday, Saturday or public holiday, are prepared by 11am on the next working day.

You will get an email when your book is on its way.

Where we deliver printed copies

Printed copies are currently delivered anywhere in the UAE. We will extend delivery further as the shop grows.

Getting the address right

Please check your delivery address before completing checkout. Dubai addresses are easier for a courier to find with a building name, floor and a landmark, so add them if you have them.

We can change an address before the book ships — email us quickly. Once it has shipped, we cannot redirect it.

If delivery fails

The courier will try to reach you by phone. If the book comes back to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Give us a number that answers.

If your book arrives damaged

Email info@rekmama.com within 48 hours with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full, postage included. This is covered in the refund policy.
