These terms cover your use of learnarabicforyourhabibi.com and anything you buy here. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from

Who can buy
You must be at least 18, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, and the payment method you use must be your own.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include everything you pay — we are not registered for VAT, so no tax is added at checkout.
Payment is taken in full when you order. We accept the cards shown at checkout. If a payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we confirm your order by email.
We may decline or cancel an order — if the book is out of stock, if the price or description was wrong, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you are refunded in full.
Getting your book
The downloadable edition is emailed to you once payment clears. The printed edition is delivered under the shipping policy.
What you may do with the downloadable edition
Buying the PDF gives you a personal licence to read it, keep it, and print a copy for yourself. That licence is yours alone and cannot be transferred.
It does not let you share the file, upload it anywhere, resell it, or use it to teach a paid class. The book is copyrighted work and it is how the author is paid for writing it.
Returns
Printed copies can be returned within 30 days. Downloadable copies cannot be returned once the file has been sent. The full terms are in the refund policy.
Our content
The book, its text, illustrations, photographs, and everything on this site belong to Daria Okhrimenko. You may not copy, republish or sell any of it without written permission.
What the book is and isn't
This is a beginner's phrasebook written from personal experience. We have taken care to get the Arabic right, but we do not guarantee it is complete or suitable for any particular purpose, and it is not a substitute for formal instruction.
Where our responsibility ends
We are responsible for delivering what you bought and for putting it right if it arrives damaged, defective or wrong. Beyond that, and to the extent UAE law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order.
Nothing here limits rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.
Availability
We try to keep the site running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Dubai.
